Sinus infection?: Good morning, you can get clogged up nose from congestion of the nasal passage which results in blockage of sinus openings. This can result from allergy as well as an inappropriate response to pressure and humidity changes. Blocked sinuses can result in infection leading to sinusitis of viral or bacterial origin. Bacterial sinusitis needs to be treated with antibiotics. Please see your doctor.
