Have all symptoms to menieres diease. but i've been tested by ent and its not menieres. what could it be?

It can still be: Meniere's disease is a paroxysmal, positional transient vertigo similar to benign positional vertigo but accompanied by episodic deafness, ringing in ears, or stuffiness ofone ear. If there is deafnees it affect low tones. Lesions in brain stem do not produce episodic symptoms. Get a good audiometric study (pure tones and speech) and a brain stem evoked potential test. It can still be meniere's.

Second Opinion: If your ENT cannot suggest an alternative cause for your symptoms, see another ENT.
