TMJ disorder: usually causes pain on motion. Meniere's disease usually causes vertigo. I don't think the two are related, even if they affect organs that are in anatomically close proximity.

No: No. TMJ problems can cause subjective, but not actual hearing loss. TMJ can cause imbalance, but not true vertigo.
