I have been diagnosed with meniere's disease but the ent took only 10 minutes to get to that conclusion. but i have no vertigo or ringing , but have pressure, fullness, pain and it's itchy.?

Second opinion: Meniere's disease has vertigo as a symptom. This is due to pressure buildup in the inner ear. Other conditions may affect the inner ear also and won't have classic meniere's symptoms. Middle ear disease also produces pressure, fullness and pain. Get another opinion from another physician with testing including audiometry (hearing test).

Meniere's: I agree with your skepticism. Possible you have some eustachian tube dysfunction. Doesn't sound like you have symptoms that really fit the diagnosis of meniere's.
