LLQ pain: The more likely diagnosis here is diverticulitis, especially with a colonoscopy that didn't show precancerous changes but had diverticula 17 months ago. A good exam with a physician could confirm this suspicion and get you on the mend. Please see someone.

no , unlikely Dx: Only 17 months ago you had scope , you have an attack of diverticulits . See your doctor for examination , and possible rx of antibiotics , if perforates will be a surgical emergency.

Diverticulitis: I wouldn't automatically thin cancer, but this could be an infection. Assuming you have diverticulosis in the first place, the symptoms of diverticulitis would include fever, chills, sweats, nausea, diarrhea and abdominal pains usually either in the lower left or lower right aspect.
