Sleep-concentration: The first problem can be affecting the second. Work on fixing the sleep problem (which is usually mediated by anxiety ), then after sleep is fixed, evaluate concentration with objective testing. If you are not certain was is affecting sleep, find a good sleep lab and get a polysomnagram.
