Why when I drink a lot of caffeine during the day I fall asleep early at night?
Can green tea (with caffeine) cause stomach gurgling, gas, and stomach aches? After drinking it everyday for a couple days? Thought it would help me.
For the past 3 days I feel sleepy all the time although I sleep from 6 to 8 hours per night and ways yawning even when I drink loads of caffeine?
