clarification: Sinus infections could trigger migraines, but so could many other events. Your headaches are getting out of control, and you need a preventative approach. After 90 min, triptans do not work in most cases, and if the pattern escalates, need to break it up asap. Meds like depakote, beta-blockers, ca channel blockers, topirimate, and otc approaches such as riboflavin, co-q10, butterbur may work.
