I have extreme fatigue, and lately i have been getting headaches. right now i have one so bad that it hurts to move eyes and pain relievers don't help possible pituitary tumor?

Sinusitis: A pituitary tumor gives other symptoms that you did not list. It may also affect your visual fields. It does not usually cause pain with eye movements.
