I have extreme fatigue, and lately i have been getting headaches. right now i have one so bad that it hurts to move eyes and pain relievers don't help possible pituitary tumor?

Pituitary tumors: While any tumor could cause headaches, pituitary tumors are typically rather small and do not cause headaches. Pituitary tumors are identified for hormonal effects and some cases, changes in vision.

Sinusitis: A pituitary tumor gives other symptoms that you did not list. It may also affect your visual fields. It does not usually cause pain with eye movements.
