No: Lot of data about honey as a therapeutic agent. However, that would not be for a raised mole as you are describing. If it is something that bothers you simplest would be to have it excised surgically and then it also has the added benefit of being looked at pathologically. Alternatively, it can be frozen off with several new treatments. Best to see a dermatologist or plastic surgeon for this.
