No. That's expected: The trick is not to overdo it so much that you injure yourself and don't want to workout anymore. I work out (well, i practice yoga) and i expect to feel a little sore after taking a hiatus from my practice. It's a good thing. Like all good things, moderation. Don't work out so hard you hurt yourself and then can't exercise for a week. Start off and do what you can. Enjoy your practice!
