Limited help online: The answer to diagnosing a sore throat from across the world is limited. Things that can cause of sore throat: acid reflux with a term known as laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR) when acid causes inflammation in the back; tonsillitis/pharyngitis from a viral cause, even a STD (e.g. gonorrhea) can cause this.
