Try alternate: buproprion and prozac are both class of drugs that either increase norepinephrine and serotonin respectively in the brain, under the assumption that increasing the amount of either would help depression. This doesn't work for everyone. Some do better with a class of drug known as atypical antipsychotics such as abliify, seroquel, (quetiapine) risperdal. I found them effective for non responders.
