NO, sadly many!: As a very starchy food with a high glycemic index (60) ; glycemic load, eating maize is not particularly good for health. In general sugars ; starchy foods like grains ; potatoes are not very good for health. Fried foods are also bad, as are gmo foods ; food from animals fed gmo's, grains ; hormones.
