Sleep hygiene: There are many causes of poor sleep. Avoid caffeine in the evening, avoid alcohol, reduce stress in your life, mediate, exercise, no smoking, sleep in a dark and quiet room, no tv, computer, or phi me or internet before bed, healthy diet, go to bed and get up at the same time every day, and camomile tea are some things that can improve sleep. If this doesn't help see a sleep doctor.
