My right arm, shoulder to fingers, hurt after i slept on my right arm.it's been 5 days sinced i changed position, but pain doesn't go away?

nerve irritation: This could be due to nerve irritation in your spine or possibly further out in your arm. If it is not getting better, i would talk to your pcp. Perhap starting with a steroid pack would be a good first step.

Likely neck: It sounds like what is known as a cervical radiculopathy, which s a term for the pain that can run down the arm from a nerve irritation in the neck. I would not hesitate to be seen. A good medical checkup can be a good place to start.
