Probably every doc : Has had gsw at least as a resident. It is horrible. Violent crime whether it is from gangs or or domestic issues or whatever is hideous. Knives and razors and whatnot. Awful.

Gunshot wounds: Dealt with many gunshot wounds over the years, both with gang members among other issues - the end result is basically where the bullet ends up and the damage associated with it.

Is the sky blue?: Pretty much any general surgeon who cares for gunshots here in the states has treated gang members. They constitute the majority of people getting shot. What is more concerning and what stands out more in my mind are the thousands of innocent victims ( 2 year olds?) who are killed or suffer when errant gang bullets fly through the wall of their house and strike them while they watch cartoons.
