Diarhea: You might have a course of acute gastroenteritis (mostly likely viral). Patients can present with abdominal cramping, nausea, vomiting, fever, chills, fatigue. Make sure you are well hydrated. Symptoms should only last 2-3 days. If no improvement, suggest see your local physician.
