Neon/ dark green stool with abdominal cramping for two days. i had mucus in my stool , diarrhea & lower abdominal cramping before this. why is this?

Gastroenteritis: If this has been only for a few days, it may just be a viral gastroenteritis or a limited food poisoning. If these symptoms persist longer than a week or you see blood in the toilet bowl, it would be a good idea to see your doctor to make sure everything is ok!
