It would be: Prudent to figure out what's wrong. You may have tendonitis or a fracture amongst other things. You should see a foot doc to evaluate the seriousness of the condition.

Hi When I wake up or get up after resting my foot is super painful when I first walk. All seems to stem from the heel through the foot. After walking around on it maybe 30 steps pain is gone and it feels good. Any ideas? foot pain

Its regarding my feet, the area where the heal slopes into the rest of mt foot feels bruised and it feels like the tendon pulls tight if I don't walk for a while. Getting up in the morning is incredibly uncomfortable.
