I am experiencing problems with my feet regardless of whether i am standing, sitting or laying down it feels disconnected to the rest of my body and are constantly in pain to the point that i at times cannot walk on them ?

Get exam: Possible peripheral neuropathy such as tarsal tunnel but maybe lumbar stenosis or cauda equina syndrome. See a neurologist ASAP
