Have an X-ray: The only way to determine if a fracture has healed is to not healing across the fracture site with an xray. If you walk on a stress fracture that is not healed, you can risk creating a complication - possibly a displaced fracture. See the doctor and get x-rays.

Takes 6-8 weeks for : Bone to heal, if you continuously walk this could delay healing.....You should have follow up x-rays.....
