Irregular heart beat: If you have irregular heart beat and feeling palpitations, probably your heart rate is faster. Not well controlled. In that case you could develop tachycardia induced cardiomyopathy (heart failure)and shortness of breath. Yes, another pe also can not be completely ruled out. Yes.: I have to reread on treatment failures, but each medicine will have that. You have to be restudied to make sure. In addition, the first one may have not even been resolved completely yet and if you are a treatment failure could be propagating. I urge you to go back to your doctor and discuss. If worse go to ed.
