SOB and palpitations: You need to have a complete check up done including a CXR and an EKG to check your heart and lungs. If you are a smoker or use alcohol you need to quit and if you are overweight please start cutting back, even 10 lbs makes a difference. Don't work out until you see your doctor. Hope you feel better soon

ER: There are several things that can cause these symptoms, but most important would be to rule out cardiac and lung disease. If you have these symptoms, please have someone drive you to the ER or urgent care center at least. 911 if severe.
