You need to go to the nearest emergency room to have this evaluated. Shortness of breath and chest tightness can be due to serious conditions. This can be due to lung issues or heart issues and you need to be evaluated right away. You need emergent diagnosis and treatment so go to the nearest ER. Good luck to you!
