listen to your body: It is a processed food. A high protein diet from processed food is acidic. It is best taken with lots of fresh green vegetables and fruit which provide fresh water. Good essential fatty acids are needed and slow carbs from anti-inflammatory grains. If taken in that way and it still causes symptoms, don't use.
