Any symptoms?: How did they find the stone and why did they look for it? If you had symptoms suggestive to gall bladder obstruction, it is better to take the gall bladder out. If it never caused any symptoms, i would just keep an eye on it. No pills can help with this.

Meds won't cure it: It's hard to know if you have symptoms related to the stone, but if you do, surgery is the only way to cure it. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is a relatively well tolerated procedure.

Maybe surgery: Correct treatment depends on the rest of your work-up. If your evaluation and resultant diagnosis is symptomatic cholelithiasis, you should have cholecystectomy. These links may assist: http://goo.Gl/6iiah and http://goo.Gl/1c7et.
