Theoretically: Yes, you can provided that the machine / instrument was infected. The chances though that this to happen is minute. I would not be concerned of hiv, if concerned is to hepatitis b and c. Hiv is very difficult to get as the viral particles in an unit (ml) of blood are minimal.
