Maybe: How do you know you have high cortisol levels in your body? If you have seen a doctor who has done tests to determine this, then it is important that they also attempt to determine why you have these high cortisol levels. Then it is important for you to be treated appropriately based on what they find. Your delusional disorder should then go away if it is the result of elevated cortisol.
