Sometimes: Two broad categories: decrease or no sperm production or obstruction in the ducts that convey sperm from testes to outside. The treatment generally is: if there are sperm in the ejaculate they can be used for insemination or ivf with intracytoplasmic sperm injection into the egg. No medicine or surgery prove effective so far.
