What stds cause sterility in both males and females?

Sterility: None of the STDs cause certain sterility in either, and impact on male fertility is generally much less risk than for females. If we restrict health discussion to fertility problems only, my vote is for chlamydia infection as the highest risk in females; the frequency and degree of tubal damage is very high.
