Tests for men with low sperm count include hormone testing: total testosterone, estradiol, lh, fsh, tsh, prolactin. Some need genetic testing. If we find hormone issues some guys get better sperm counts with Anastrozole (off-label use) or clomid (clomiphene). Hcg & fsh shots are used rarely.
