No: But using Ibuprofen routinely can increase the risk of irritation or ulcers in the stomach an other parts of the gastrointestinal system. It can also interfere with coagulation and increase the risk of bleeding. So if you already have hemorrhoids, Ibuprofen may contribute to worsening symptoms.
