Spouse has what appears to be hemorrhoid. tried baths, preph, witch hazel, advil, (ibuprofen) high fiber. grossly uncomfortable. any suggestions?

Anusol: Should try Anusol HC which is a suppository. It contains steroid which usually results in reduction of the hemorrhoids. This is combination with high fiber diet and sitz baths will help. Worst case he will need surgery which is outpatient, but can be very painful.
