Dayquil plus Advil (ibuprofen): Yes, you can. Although not ideal, you can take DayQuil after taking Advil since it does not contain any similar non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen. It does contain acetomenophen which is the same product in Tylenol (acetaminophen).
