Not to worry: Advil (ibuprofen) may be a bit hard on the tummy, fir which it should be taken after meals and with enough water, but is not a known cause for constipation, and is generally considered save as a fever reducer.

NO RELATION: constipation and hemorrhoid will not cause fever. Advil will not cause constipation. eat fruits, vegetables, drink water and juices. use sitz bath for the hemorrhoid. take stool softener if you have to. fever still there see your doctor. alternate ibuprofen, and Tylenol (acetaminophen) for the fever.

First: Hemorrhoid and constipation does not necessarily cause fever. So first find out why fever and then may use Tylenol (acetaminophen) for fever
