Unlikely: 1) epididimal cyst can usually be removed without occluding epididymal sperm duct, although this is a potential complication. 2) most men have 2 testicles ; sperm production by a single testis is usually sufficient for fertility. Other testis can always be considered the 'spare'. 3) epididymal cysts are harmless ; only need to be removed if they are bothering you.
