Unlikely to happen: Most mono is caused by a single virus (ebv) and previous illness gives long term immunity.Mono as a syndrome (5-10%) can be caused by several viruses (cmv, adenovirus, toxoplasma, hepatitis, etc.) and as such if this is a different strain it is possible you could get it.
