Mono infection: You most probably are OK with just one sip. It is not that easy to be infected, and your immune system can fight off these challanges. I would take 5000 IU of vitamin D3 daily for the next two months, and longer to get your blood test to an optimin of 60 to 80 for vitamin D3. Vitamin D3 is a major protection vs. infection.
