NO!: Both medications have "d" - Pseudoephedrine 120mg. This is a potent constrictor of blood vessels and the dose of 240mg (of both medications) needs to be spread over 24 hours. Even 120mg cause quite a bit of side effects. You can use i tablet with d and the other without.
