Claritin (loratadine) or Zyrtec: You can take Claritin (loratadine) or Zyrtec both are once a day and If too much congestion and you don't have High Boodl Pressure you can take Claritin (loratadine)D24/hours or Zyrtec D both once a day

Allergy: True allergy should be treated with an antiallergy medication such as loratadine, fexofenadine or cetirizine. They are generally considered equivalent and you should use the one that works best for you. Mucinex (guaifenesin) is an expectorant and should not do much for allergy.
