yes: They both do different things. Mucinex (guaifenesin) is an expectorant for helping to loosed mucus. Clariten d is an antihistamine and decongestant for nasal symptoms.

Claritin (loratadine) is: An antihistamine, Mucinex (guaifenesin) is a mucolytic agent (guaifensin). As long as they both don't have a decongestant (signified by a 'd') you can use them together.
