Yes : Claritin is an antihistamine medication which decreases allergy symptoms (watery itchy eyes, runny nose, itching etc). Mucinex (guaifenesin) is a mucolytic, breaks down mucus so it is not so thick and easier to drain. When taking Mucinex (guaifenesin) please drink an 8oz glass of water each time to avoid dehydration and allowing Mucinex (guaifenesin) to do its job properly.

Yes you can: You can take both medications together providing that you take them at the recommended otc doses.
