Yes: If Mucinex (guaifenesin) works for you, there is no problem with taking it daily. The D in Claritin D however may increase your blood pressure and cause insomnia and jitteriness. I have prefer using nasal spray instead and have not prescribed an oral decongestant for anyone for years due to the side effects.
