Absolutely: I answer from personal experience here. I have this type of breast disorder since in my early 20's and successfully breastfed all 4 of my children while attending medical school and during my residency. I had plenty of milk and then some. Drink plenty of fluids and eat a well balanced diet!

Yes you can: I agree with dr. Maes answer. Fibroadenoma should not prevent you from breast feeding.
