Yes - two medicines: The cream you have been prescribed contains two medicines - clotrimazole, which is antifungal, and Betamethasone dipropionate, which is a steroid (anti-inflammatory). The Betamethasone dipropionate component is more usual treatment for psoriasis but if the doctor wasn't sure whether there was fungus as a part of your rash, the clotrimazole makes sense too.
