See an osteopath dr: It might be good to see an osteopathic dr. For evaluation and treatment of both your back pain, and foot pain, as either can make the pain worse for the other.If you have flat feet, and are not wearing orthotics, this can impact your lower back.As can, having low back pain affect your gait. In either case, get relief, and a second opinion. Plantar fasciitis can cause foot pain to be worse too.
