Hi i am 27 year old and unmarried. i a suffering from constant pan achey stabbing like i can't describe which kind of in my feet da and night from many weeks ad it also cause disturbance in my bot my eyes feel so heavy.please help cant writemore?

Do you have diabetes? It sounds like n you have a peripheral neuropathy of some sort. You should see your doctor to get a diagnosis and treatment, depending on what the diagnosis is. There are medicines for neuropathy that could be helpful, if that is what is wrong. You may need to see a neurologist to confirm the diagnosis. Good luck!
