Painful left toes: How long have you had these symptoms? Any h/o diabetes, trauma to your left lower limb, back symptoms associated with toes pain? A test, "EMG & NCS" looks at how your nerves and muscles of your left leg function from the spine to the toes. This non invasive test can usually provide more insight into why you have the localized nerve type symptoms. Good tx (not narcs) exists for this type of pain.
