A member asked:

What is worse for the liver, alcohol or bad foods?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Alcohol: Consumed beyond moderation. Diet has little impact on your liver in spite of all the 'pop' claims. Less well-known is the risk of a sedentary lifestyle -- you must exercise or your liver will not function well and is likely to get fatty.
